The Project

In 2016, I made the difficult decision to have the gastric sleeve surgery.  I made the decision after working out in the gym four to five times a week, changing my diet, and consulting my doctor.  I had the surgery done while maintaining the other changes that I made.  I went from 320 to 195 losing a total of 125 pounds.  

Since then I have gained 40 pounds of that back.  I like the way I look and feel so that means it's time to get back on track.  A new job, single parenting, and a host of other barriers caused me to get off my strict regimen.  I'm not willing to become one who gained all the weight back.  So I decided to fight the flab.  

I don't have the time or the money to invest in the gym anymore.  One day as I was cleaning up, I noticed that I had a ton of exercise videos.  It was then that the idea hit me, why don't I use these videos?  Each program makes it's own claims so I'm going to go through them exactly as prescribed to see if they work.  So why don't you join me as I go on this journey?

About Me
My name is Angelia Mullins.  I'm a teacher, mother of three, and a health enthusiast.  Going into my old age with a healthy mind, body, and spirit is my goal.  I hope to create an environment for others who want to do the same.
